EnvisionVirtualServices Weather Forecasts now being used throughout entire State of Maryland

(July 2018) – Envision Networks® has added 29 new affiliates with the addition of Maryland News Networks, who are now receiving custom local weather reports via EnvisionVirtualServices. Seasoned meteorologist John Wetherbee is providing listeners across the state with accurate, informative and professional weather reports every week day and whenever severe weather strikes.

“State radio networks continue to deliver vital local information to our communities and the Maryland folks are one-of-the-best. We are so proud to join Steve Clendenin and his hard-working staff from the mountains to the sea and all around The Bay with tides, marine conditions and the accurate forecast,” said meteorologist John Wetherbee.

“Last week, we had a coastal flood advisory come through for one of our regions,” said Steve Clendenin, president and CEO of Maryland News Networks. “John Wetherbee immediately updated the weather and re-sent the forecast to our site giving stations the most updated forecast possible.
